The arbitrator will have legal training and experience in information technology in the UAE or Oman and will be independent of either party.

  • FAKHR may terminate the Terms and Conditions or revoke any rights granted to you without prior notice.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the Site, your exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site.
